Deforestation
Despite decades of efforts, deforestation is still a major environmental issue on every continent. Stopping deforestation is particularly hard because of the myriad of human activities that result in destroying pristine forests : palm oil production, meat production, monoculture, tar sands development, timber industry...
We have the power to stop deforestation by making informed choices, by lobbying to governments and corporations and of course by informing others.

The oil companies all together are causing this climate change we are experiencing .They are pumping toxins into our waters and oceans for the greed of oil Exxon& Haliburton. These were not accidents clean up crews were contacted 2 wks before both spills took place & they are not cleaning it up. These politicians have a 60 million dollar contracts to take over the gulf coast to drill oil causing global warming climate change and destroying wild life habitat LIKE AN ARMY taking over ones country ones home and way of life. THIS IS A DISGRACE AND OUR PLANET IS BEING DESTROYED FOR BIG OIL AND PALM OILS & THE O MIGHTY DOLLAR.
